This course is a Basic one-day training course for employees required to act as Emergency First Aiders who work in low risk environments such as offices. This course is for employees who are required to act as an Emergency First Aider at Work with the emphasis on preventing situations becoming worse and maintaining life until help arrives. The course is designed to develop knowledge and ability and most importantly practical confidence. |
Duration |
A minimum of six hours of theoretical and practical activities. |

Certification
|
No assessment is required and learners will be continually monitored by the trainer with a certificate of attendance awarded at the end of the course. It is recommended that First Aiders take a 3 hour refresher course annually to keep up to date, although this is not compulsory. |
