CPR and Basic Life Support

A half-day course in basic life support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) suitable for an "Appointed First Aid Person".

Everyone can benefit from learning emergency resuscitation procedures.

 

The aim of this course is to enable all participants to deal effectively with an unresponsive casualty who is breathing and know how to deal with an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing.

 

We teach the correct protocols and procedures to use when dealing with a life-threatening cardiac arrest.

Duration

A three-hour course consisting of theory and practical work.

  • Casualty assessment
  • Top-to-toe survey
  • Recovery position
  • Resuscitation
  • Hygiene control

Prices

 

Although there is no formal assessment, the instructor will assess all learners throughout the course and issue a Certificate of Attendance valid for 1 year.
